Onboarding for AI tools isn't about teaching features—it's about building the context that makes the agent useful. Here's how to design onboarding that works.

The problem isn't that users can't figure out the interface. The problem is that the AI doesn't know enough about the user to be useful yet, and the onboarding didn't change that.
